La Certosa di San Lorenzo le cui origini risalgono al 1300,e' piu' nota come Certosa di Padula per la sua vicinanza all'omonimo paese che sorge sopra una collina nel Parco Nazionale del Cilento in provincia di Salerno.La Certosa e' uno dei monasteri piu' grandi nel Mondo con i suoi quasi 52.000 metri quadrati,e tra quelli di maggior interesse in Europa per importanza architettonica.Dichiarato dall' UNESCO Patrimonio dell'Umanita' dal 1998
